Events This is where we are prepared to list any and all events you may care to include. Just let me know what you have on! Every Saturday We have a tertulia (discussion) every Saturday at five o'clock. No topic is selected and most are covered at some time or another. There are often people here who wish to practice their English and a few who are looking for classes and such. Free to attend and open to all. APRIL It has just come to my attention that there is an English Comedy night on April 7th and 8th that is Friday and Saturday at the Dubliner (www.dubliner-bcn.com) Although I have not been personally - the travails of a bookshop owner - I understand these shows are quite good. One night soon I hope to be able to afford to stay in the city overnight and go. The show starts at ten and the cover is €8 and The Dubliner is to be found at Ros de Olano, 10 in Gracia near the Fontana metro on L3, the green line. May The Dubliner is having another comedy show on the 12th and 13th of May at 10 PM a regular feature it would appear. I hear these are quite good.
On the horizon, there is nothing up at the moment but that is neither here nor there. If you have anything you wish to put up, let us know and we shall be happy to add it. Possibly in the future somebody will be more on top of the site than this last month or so! I have to admit to being buried one way and another (and another and another and another!) |
